#6 Nicole Seiler (Lausanne)

Liquid Families

From September 2021 to July 2022, Mona De Weerdt and Michelle Ettlin will accompany and document the creation process of Nicole Seiler's new production. For Liquid Families, the renowned Lausanne choreographer is working with members of her company and a choir of 18 singers. The score, which is danced and sung a capella, sets in motion a continuous, self-creating transformation. The documentary captures how singing and choreography are practised, voices overlap and spatial-choreographic as well as musical interweavings emerge.
